Description

Test elongate, compressed, ovate in outline, regularly fusiform to sinuate in horizontal section, consisting of rectilinear series of very broad, low, strongly overlapping chambers; wall calcareous, with radial or fibrous structure, thickened and lamellar, epeciallv at bteral margins, which may be slight, cuned, resulting in sinuate section, separate bmelbe added with formation of succcsive chambers; aperture terminal, rounded and with appearance of radial grooves.
