Description
Shells of Sichotenella are small, discoidal forms with an angular periphery, The last part of the shell, according to the author, becomes straightened out or uncoiled, the uncoiled part of the last volution being greater in volume than the entire coiled stages. Originally referred to the Fusulininae.
